<h2>What We Do</h2>
<p>Every project we undertake starts with a conversation. We listen to what the communities in Chiringa, Karonga and Njuli tell us they need most. Then we raise the funds, organise the logistics and make it happen — together.</p>
<h2>Schools</h2>
<p>Education is the foundation of a better future. We have funded classroom blocks, provided desks and chairs, contributed to teacher salaries and supported toilet and sanitation facilities at schools linked to our parishes.</p>
<p>Children who once sat on dirt floors or shared one textbook between twenty now have proper classrooms. That matters.</p>
<h2>Clean Water</h2>
<p>Access to clean water changes everything — health, time, safety, dignity. We have funded the sinking of boreholes in communities that previously walked hours each day to reach water.</p>
<h2>Food Appeals</h2>
<p>When drought strikes, the consequences are immediate and severe. We have run emergency food distributions during years of poor harvest, ensuring that the most vulnerable families — elderly people, widows, children — receive food.</p>
<h2>Container Shipments</h2>
<p>Each year we fill shipping containers with donated goods — clothing, shoes, blankets, medical equipment, furniture, books — and send them directly to our parishes. The containers have become a landmark event in the project calendar.</p>
<h2>Solar Lighting</h2>
<p>Many households in our parishes have no electricity. We have distributed solar lanterns to families, churches and schools, replacing dangerous and expensive kerosene lamps.</p>
<h2>Visits & Exchange</h2>
<p>The relationship at the heart of this project is sustained by people meeting people. We organise regular visits from Tonbridge to Malawi, and welcome visitors from our parishes to England. Nothing replaces the experience of standing in the places you have been supporting, and meeting the people whose lives have been touched.</p>
